Please read these terms in full before using the 54ok platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.
General Provisions and Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 54ok platform and all its services. By accessing the 54ok website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services at 54ok, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. 54ok may request proof of age verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 Accuracy of Account Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of any associated balance.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to create multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse, and all associated accounts will be closed with balances forfeited.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential and not share them with any third party. Notify 54ok support immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
54ok currently supports the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
- Nagad — Mobile financial service operated by the postal department
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service by Dutch-Bangla Bank

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account has been fully verified. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be put on hold.
The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit. 54ok does not approve withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on 54ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no option to transact in any other currency.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 or more → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳11,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically approved.
- If any irregularity or abuse in bonus use is detected, 54ok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 54ok may modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine players only — betting patterns designed for the purpose of bonus abuse are not permitted.
VIP Program and Rewards
54ok's VIP program has five tiers. Based on regular play and activity on the platform, you can gradually advance to higher tiers:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
VIP benefits apply only to active members. Tiers may change due to inactivity. 54ok reserves the right to modify the detailed terms of the VIP program.
Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Playing through fraud, forgery, or any form of manipulation
- Operating play through software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence
- Using another user's account or operating play on behalf of another person
- Systematically abusing bonuses for your own or another's benefit
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Attempting unauthorized access to 54ok's systems, servers, or networks
- Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm other users
If any of the above violations are detected, 54ok may immediately suspend or cancel the account and forfeit all balances.

7.1 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, consistent with the terms of the relevant game provider. If a technical error occurs during a game, 54ok reserves the right to void the relevant round.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the incident. 54ok's decision will be considered final.
